Can you insert a CD, then launch and run services, and get rid of all trace of them when you're finished?</description>

					<description>I'm looking for something very like this but designed to run from a CD, so the idea would be that it doesn't leave services installed on your computer, but still has MySQL and PHP.  Any ideas?</description>
