The not quite real blog. Another unoriginal non-exclusive?

Another idea I’ll no doubt never get round to following up: I wondered, on my way into work, whether I could create an entirely fictional blog, complete with fictional hangers-on leaving comments for this latter day Pooter (whose diary I see is already webbed at http://www.diaryofanobody.net/).

I also wondered what my ticket number would be for this one at the ideas booth.

    I started reading one of these a while back, but of course, it’s a bit annoying having to wait for your next installment of story. I suppose now I’m using bloglines, it wouldn’t be so bad.

    Roo and I worked on something like this on e2 daylogs for a while. We wanted to have our characters universe start very close to our reality, and slowly get further and further away until you ended up in a post apocalyptic world. We had quite a bit of the story and characters sketched out.

    You did indeed do this at e2, I remember now.

    Good to see from your wikipedia link that I’m almost a decade behind the times on this one :-)

    I could always just intermingle fact and fiction in a completely brazen manner on an otherwise perfectly normal blog. Or would that not be playing by the rules?

    On an unrelated note, it’s good that google has decided to place an ad for ladies shoes on this page. I should imagine that will get plenty of clicks.
